amazing city escape!
beautiful rooms friendly staff
The decor felt premium, i especially loved the beautiful rooms. the staff were friendly and professional. My room was ready early, a big plus. i left my luggage after checkout and picked it up later, made my last day much easier.

fantastic stay
friendly staff professional staff clean room
the staff was very friendly and professional, i appreciated that. my room was ready before the check-in time. i stored my luggage and picked it up later. the rooms were super clean and quiet inside the hotel.
the rooms felt quite dark, impacting the overall atmosphere.

the bar offered great drinks with very friendly service. the breakfast had many options, though coffee and tea were self-service. this seemed like a cost-saving measure, but the food was AMAZING!!!

excellent location helpful staff premium feeling restaurant closure missing kettle missing slippers
The location was excellent for exploring. The staff was lovely helpful and professional. I found the decor and overall feeling very premium.
The restaurant did not work upon my arrival. I also saw no kettle cups or spoons in the room. Paper slippers were not provided, which I found surprising for a hotel of this standard.
