amazing city escape!

The decor felt premium, i especially loved the beautiful rooms. the staff were friendly and professional. My room was ready early, a big plus. i left my luggage after checkout and picked it up later, made my last day much easier.

the staff was very friendly and professional, i appreciated that. my room was ready before the check-in time. i stored my luggage and picked it up later. the rooms were super clean and quiet inside the hotel.
the rooms felt quite dark, impacting the overall atmosphere.

The location was excellent for exploring. The staff was lovely helpful and professional. I found the decor and overall feeling very premium.
The restaurant did not work upon my arrival. I also saw no kettle cups or spoons in the room. Paper slippers were not provided, which I found surprising for a hotel of this standard.
